For this project, I was the training content expert and partnered with operations and IT leadership to up-level the training company wide.

I was able to exercise my strength in workflow design and learning management system such as Docebo.

After successful facilitation of training, I was able to focus on the impact and success metrics such as positively impacting the labor profit margin and food cost.

Shift Leader eLearning Course

This E-learning course is a 4-week leadership program. All new managers are certified with this program before taking the floor as a shift manager, or moving on to a higher level of management or multi-unit leadership training.
